    目的 分析在增生性瘢痕患者中应用585 nm脉冲染料激光联合点阵CO2激光及药物注射治疗的有效性及安全性。方法 选择2024年5月-2025年5月于徐州市中心医院整形美容科接受治疗的84例增生性瘢痕患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予点阵CO2激光及药物注射治疗,观察组给予585 nm脉冲染料激光联合点阵CO2激光及药物注射治疗,比较两组瘢痕改善情况、美观满意度及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗后瘢痕厚度、柔软度、血管分布、色泽评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组美观满意度(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.38%)低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论 585 nm脉冲染料激光联合点阵CO2激光及药物注射治疗增生性瘢痕的效果确切,可有效改善瘢痕情况,有利于提高美观满意度,且治疗后不良反应发生几率较低,应用有效性及安全性均良好。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of 585 nm pulsed dye laser combined with fractional CO2 laser and drug injection in the treatment of patients with hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 84 patients with hypertrophic scar who received treatment in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Xuzhou Central Hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with fractional CO2 laser and drug injection, and the observation group was treated with 585 nm pulsed dye laser combined with fractional CO2 laser and drug injection. The scar improvement, aesthetic satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of scar thickness, softness, vascular distribution, color and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group (97.62%) was higher than that of the control group (80.95%) (P<0.05). The incidenceof adverse reactions in the observation group (2.38%) was lower than that in the control group (16.67%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of 585 nm pulsed dye laser, fractional CO2 laser and drug injection has a definite effect in the treatment of hypertrophic scar. It can effectively improve scar conditions, help to enhance aesthetic satisfaction, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions after treatment, with good efficacy and safety.
