Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive extraction of impacted teeth assisted by CBCT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with digital guide plate on soft tissue injury grade in patients with impacted teeth. Methods A total of 50 patients with impacted teeth who visited the Department of Stomatology, Houjie Hospital of Dongguan from February 2023 to August 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional extraction of impacted teeth, and the study group was treated with minimally invasive extraction of impacted teeth assisted by CBCT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with digital guide plate. The operation-related indicators, pain intensity, soft tissue injury grade, wound healing and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the study group at 24 hours after surgery was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The soft tissue injury score of the study group after surgery was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically signiffcant difference in the total wound healing timebetween the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically signiffcant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive extraction of impacted teeth assisted by CBCT three-dimensional reconstruction and digital guide plate can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, and alleviate soft tissue injury, thus helping to reduce the short-term postoperative pain, optimize the wound healing process, and have high safety.
