Abstract:Objective To explore the efffcacy of modiffed small-incision minimally invasive subcutaneous trimming surgery for bromhidrosis and its inffuence on treatment satisfaction. Methods A total of 60 patients with bromhidrosis admitted to Heyuan People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into group A and group B by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. Group A received conventional surgical treatment, and group B received modiffed small-incision minimally invasive subcutaneous trimming surgery. The clinical efffcacy, treatment satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in group A (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate in group B was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% in group A (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in group B was 6.67%, which was lower than 36.67% in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Modiffed small-incision minimally invasive subcutaneous trimming surgery has a deffnite efffcacy in the treatment of bromhidrosis. It can improve treatment satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
