    目的 探讨在中重度玫瑰痤疮患者中实施水杨酸联合光电协同技术治疗对其临床症状改善情况的 影响。方法 选取2022年6月-2024年6月在山东第二医科大学附属医院皮肤科就诊的40例中重度玫瑰痤疮患 者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,各20例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,试验组采用水杨酸联合 光电协同技术治疗,比较两组临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及复发情况。结果 试验组红斑、丘疹脓疱、 灼热/刺痛评分及CEA总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%) (P<0.05);试验组复发率(10.00%)低于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 水杨酸联合光电协同技 术可有效改善中重度玫瑰痤疮患者的临床症状,治疗效果优于常规药物治疗,且治疗后复发率较低,安全 性良好。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of salicylic acid combined with photoelectric synergy technology on clinical symptom improvement in patients with moderate to severe rosacea. Methods A total of 40 patients with moderate to severe rosacea who were treated in the Department of Dermatology, Afffliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the experimental group was treated with salicylic acid combined with photoelectric synergy technology. The clinical symptom improvement, clinical efffcacy and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of erythema, papulopustule, burning/stinging and the total score of CEA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group (10.00%) was lower than that of the control group (30.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Salicylic acid combined with photoelectric synergy technology can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with moderate to severe rosacea. Its therapeutic effect is better than that of conventional drug therapy, with a lower recurrence rate after treatment and good safety.
