Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of four-handed operation nursing on oral aesthetic effect in patients undergoing minimally invasive aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing minimally invasive aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth who received treatment in the Department of Stomatology, Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the study group received four-handed operation nursing. The oral aesthetic effect, nursing quality, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the oral aesthetic effect scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing quality scores of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (2.38%) was lower than that in the control group (14.29%) (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group (97.62%) was higher than that of the control group (78.57%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Four-handed operation nursing has a good application effect in minimally invasive aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. This model can not only effectively improve the oral aesthetic effect and nursing service quality, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, thereby comprehensively improving patients' nursing satisfaction.
