    目的 探究糖皮质激素瘢痕内注射联合强脉冲光对增生性瘢痕患者瘢痕改善情况的影响。方法 选 取2024年6月-2025年3月我院收治的72例增生性瘢痕患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n =36)和试验组 (n =36)。对照组行糖皮质激素瘢痕内注射治疗,试验组行糖皮质激素瘢痕内注射联合强脉冲光治疗,比 较两组临床疗效、瘢痕改善情况及瘢痕情况。结果 试验组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的69.44%,差异 有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组治疗后柔韧度、瘙痒、疼痛、感觉异常评分均优于对照组,差异有统计 学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后色泽、血管分布、厚度、柔软度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05)。结论 糖皮质激素瘢痕内注射联合强脉冲光治疗能有效改善瘢痕患者临床症状,促进瘢痕色 泽、血管分布、厚度及柔软度恢复,且临床效果较好,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of intralesional glucocorticoid injection combined with intense pulsed light on scar improvement in patients with hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 72 patients with hypertrophic scar admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to March 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (n =36) and the experimental group (n =36) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with intralesional glucocorticoid injection alone, and the experimental group was treated with intralesional glucocorticoid injection combined with intense pulsed light. The clinical efficacy, scar improvement and scar status were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.67%, which was higher than 69.44% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of flexibility, pruritus, pain and paresthesia in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of color, vascular distribution, thickness and softness in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Intralesional glucocorticoid injection combined with intense pulsed light can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertrophic scar, promote the recovery of scar color, vascular distribution, thickness and softness, and has a good clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
