    目的 探讨二氧化碳点阵激光联合超分子水杨酸对面部中重度痤疮患者皮肤屏障功能的影响。 方法 选取我院2023年1月-2025年4月收治的82例面部中重度痤疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组 与观察组,各41例。参照组给予超分子水杨酸治疗,观察组给予二氧化碳点阵激光联合超分子水杨酸治 疗,比较两组皮肤屏障功能、皮肤状态、预后时间及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗后经皮水分散失量、红 斑值、黑素值、pH值、角质层含水量均优于参照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后红斑、毛孔、紫质测定值 均低于参照组,开始结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间均短于参照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(95.12%) 高于参照组(73.17%)(P <0.05)。结论 面部中重度痤疮患者给予二氧化碳点阵激光联合超分子水杨酸 治疗,能够改善其皮肤屏障功能,提升皮肤状态,缩短结痂时间及痂皮脱落时间,提高治疗有效性。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid on skin barrier function in patients with moderate to severe facial acne. Methods A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe facial acne admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to April 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the reference group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid alone, and the observation group was treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid. The skin barrier function, skin status, prognosis time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the transepidermal water loss, erythema value, melanin value, pH value and stratum corneum hydration of the observation group were better than those of the reference group (P <0.05). After treatment, the measured values of erythema, pores and porphyrin in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, and the time of initial crusting and crust shedding was shorter than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (95.12%) was higher than that in the reference group (73.17%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide fractional laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe facial acne can improve their skin barrier function, enhance skin status, shorten crusting time and crust shedding time, and improve treatment effectiveness.
