Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of photoelectric technology combined with sodium hyaluronate composite solution injection on facial skin quality in patients with facial skin aging. Methods A total of 100 patients with facial skin aging who visited Nanjing Xuanwu Yestar Medical Aesthetics Clinic from June 2024 to February 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the conventional group and the treatment group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with photoelectric technology, and the treatment group was treated with sodium hyaluronate composite solution injection on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical efficacy, facial relaxation indicators, facial skin quality and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.00%) was higher than that of the conventional group (82.00%) (P <0.05). After treatment, the distance between bilateral zygomatic points in the treatment group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the distance from the pupil point to the intersection of the pupil and the perpendicular line of the nasolabial groove was lower than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of moisture and elasticity in the treatment group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the scores of oil and dark spot were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the treatment group (2.00%) was lower than that in the conventional group (16.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Photoelectric technology combined with sodium hyaluronate composite solution injection has a good effect in the treatment of patients with facial skin aging. It can not only effectively improve facial relaxation and enhance skin quality, but also has good safety.
