Abstract:【】 Objective: To explore the long-term efficacy and safety of clinical administration of minoxidil with electric microneedles in patients with alopecia. Method: This study carried out disease treatment on 60 patients with hair loss in Fuyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to August 2025. During this period, the division of the reference group and the study group was based on the random number table method, and they were evenly divided into 30 cases each. The reference group received minoxidil treatment intervention; The research group received treatment intervention with electric microneedle introduction of minoxidil. The total effective rate of treatment, clinical symptom scores, average hair diameter measurement results, average hair density measurement results and adverse reaction statistics of the two groups were compared clinically. Result: The statistical results of the therapeutic effect of the study group showed an extremely significant improvement advantage compared with those of the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score results of the study group showed a very obvious reduction advantage compared with the statistical results of the reference group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the results of the average hair diameter measurement and the average hair density measurement in the study group showed a very obvious improvement advantage compared with those in the reference group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the statistical results of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: During the clinical research on treatment plans for hair loss diseases, the advantages of electric microneedle introduction of minoxidil drugs for treatment are obvious. The long-term efficacy and safety achieved are relatively significant, which can improve the prognosis level of patients with hair loss.
