Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of combining nanocrystal microneedle therapy with minoxidil tincture in the management of androgenetic alopecia (AGA), and to formulate an optimized clinical treatment regimen,and to provide an optimized clinical treatment plan. Methods: From September 2024 to September 2025, A total of 60 AGA patients from our hospital’s Dermatology Department were randomly split into two groups (30 cases each); the control group received only topical minoxidil tincture. Results: The study found that during the 24-week treatment course, the observation group showed significantly better therapeutic outcomes than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (χ2=6.892, P<0.05). No statistically significant difference was observed in the frequency of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.000, P>0.05). Additionally, all adverse reactions were relatively mild and could be improved with appropriate treatment. Conclusion: The combination of minoxidil tincture solution and nano crystal micro-needle in the treatment of AGA is more effective than the use of minoxidil alone, and its safety is extremely high. Therefore, it should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
