    【】目的:探讨基于可视化操作的超声技术在形体脂肪移植中的应用价值,评估其在美观度及安全性方面的临床效果。方法:选取2023年8月至2025年10月期间收治的88例行形体脂肪移植患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用常规脂肪移植操作方式,观察组在此基础上联合可视化超声引导。比较两组术后美观度评分、脂肪成活率、术后并发症发生率及患者满意度等指标。结果:观察组术后美观度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脂肪成活率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后脂肪结节、局部凹凸不平、血肿等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总体满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于可视化操作的超声技术应用于形体脂肪移植,可提高移植操作的精确性与脂肪成活率,明显改善术后美观度,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性和临床推广价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the clinical value of ultrasound-based visualization technology in body fat grafting and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving aesthetic outcomes and surgical safety. Methods: A total of 88 patients who underwent body fat grafting between August 2023 and October 2025 were enrolled and randomly assigned to either the control group or the observation group, with 44 cases in each. The control group underwent conventional fat grafting procedures, while the observation group received grafting under ultrasound visualization guidance. Postoperative aesthetic scores, fat survival rate, incidence of postoperative complications, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The postoperative aesthetic scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The fat survival rate in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications such as fat nodules, contour irregularities, and hematoma was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Moreover, overall patient satisfaction in the observation group exceeded that in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of ultrasound-based visualization technology in body fat grafting enhances the precision of the procedure and improves fat survival, significantly optimizes postoperative aesthetic outcomes, reduces complication rates, and demonstrates high safety and clinical applicability.
