    目的:探讨案例教学法联合问题教学法在皮肤激光美容教学中的教学效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月在本院皮肤科接受皮肤激光美容相关课程教学内容学习的学生60名,采用随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组30名。对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用案例教学法联合问题教学法。比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩及课堂学习参与度评分。结果:实验组理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组操作技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组课堂学习参与度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法联合问题教学法能够显著提升皮肤科激光美容相关课程内容教学中的理论掌握、操作技能水平及课堂参与度,教学效果优于常规教学法,值得推广。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the teaching effect of case-based teaching combined with problem-based teaching in skin laser aesthetic education. Methods: A total of 60 students who participated in the skin laser aesthetic course in our institution from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 students in each group. The control group adopted conventional teaching methods, while the experimental group adopted a combination of case-based teaching and problem-based teaching. The theoretical examination scores, operational skill assessment scores, and classroom participation ratings of the two groups were compared. Results: The experimental group achieved higher theoretical examination scores than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The experimental group also had significantly higher operational skill assessment scores compared with the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the classroom participation rating of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of case-based teaching and problem-based teaching can significantly improve theoretical mastery, operational skills, and classroom participation in skin laser aesthetic education. It demonstrates better teaching outcomes than conventional methods and is worthy of promotion.
