Objective: The effect of nasal septum deviation correction surgery combined with nasal tip plastic surgery.Method Sixty-two patients with deviated nasal septum who were admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2025 were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method. The control group (n=31) received the second-line tension-reducing nasal septum deviation correction surgery under nasal endoscopy, while the observation group (n=31) received the nasal septum deviation correction surgery and underwent nasal tip plastic surgery simultaneously. Compare the total effective rate, improvement of nasal shape, quality of life, satisfaction with nasal plastic surgery, and incidence of complications. Result: The total effective rate comparison (P > 0.05); The differences in nasal bridge deviation Angle, nasal tip protrusion degree and nasal frontal Angle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative quality of life score of the observation group at 3 months after the operation was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Comparison of complications between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of deviated nasal septum correction and nasal tip plastic surgery has a good effect, which can better improve nasal shape and enhance the quality of life and satisfaction.
