    目的:研究自体脂肪移植术联合二氧化碳点阵激光对烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者的治疗效果。方法:选择我院在2024年9月至2025年9月期间收治的100例烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=50)采用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,观察组(n=50)以对照组为基础,联合自体脂肪移植术治疗,对比两组治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表评分(VSS);治疗前后患者与观察者瘢痕评估量表评分(POSAS);治疗前后实验室指标;治疗总有效率;不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组VSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组POSAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项实验室指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比(P>0.05)。结论:烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者通过自体脂肪移植联合二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,可提升其临床疗效,改善瘢痕程度,安全性良好。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of autologous fat transplantation combined with carbon dioxide fractional laser on patients with hypertrophic scars after burns. Method One hundred patients with hypertrophic scars after burns admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. The control group (n=50) was treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser, while the observation group (n=50) was treated with autologous fat transplantation based on the control group. Compare the Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) scores of the two groups before and after treatment; The Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS) scores of patients and observers before and after treatment; Laboratory indicators before and after treatment; Total effective rate of treatment; Incidence of adverse reactions. Result: After treatment, the VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); After treatment, the POSAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, all laboratory indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with hypertrophic scars after burns, autologous fat transplantation combined with carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment can enhance the clinical efficacy, improve the degree of scars, and has good safety.
