Abstract:Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of Picosure alone and its combination with Sibai Quban ointment in the treatment of chloasma. Methods: A total of 160 clinical cases of chloasma diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis type in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included. The clinical manifestations included irritability, dizziness, chest tightness, scanty menstruation with purple-dark color, dark tongue, and taut pulse. These cases were divided into a control group treated with laser alone and an experimental group treated with a combination therapy. The therapeutic effects were evaluated and systematically analyzed. Results: The therapeutic effect on chloasma in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference in satisfaction rates between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of picosure and Sibai Quban ointment has a significant effect in improving skin conditions and is superior to single picosure treatment. This method has high patient compliance and satisfaction in the treatment of chloasma, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
