Abstract:Objective: To explore and analyze the application value of continuous nursing intervention programs in immediate implantation and immediate restoration in the aesthetic area of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods: From August 2022 to May 2025, 70 patients who received immediate implantation and immediate restoration in the aesthetic area of maxillary anterior teeth in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, the 70 patients were divided into the continuation group (35 cases) and the traditional group (35 cases). The traditional group was given routine care, while the continuation group was given a continuous nursing intervention plan on the basis of the traditional group's care. The observation period for the care of the continuation group and the traditional group was 3 months, and the prognosis of the two groups was recorded. Results: The survival rate of implants in both groups was 100.00%. The incidence of complications such as peri-implantitis, soft tissue recession, and implant loosening during the 3-month nursing period in the continuation group was 2.86%, while that in the traditional group was 17.14%. The continuation group was significantly lower than the traditional group (P<0.05). After 3 months of nursing care, the aesthetic effect scores such as the red aesthetic score and the white aesthetic score of the continuation group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group (P<0.05). After 3 months of nursing care, the nursing satisfaction rate of the continuation group was 100.00%, while that of the traditional group was 85.71%. The continuation group was significantly higher than the traditional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of continuous nursing intervention programs in immediate implantation and immediate restoration in the aesthetic area of maxillary anterior teeth can reduce the incidence of complications in patients, improve their aesthetic effects, and also enhance their satisfaction with nursing care.
