Abstract:The influence of medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing on the healing time of postoperative wound of hair transplantation Jiang Minmin (Department of Dermatology, People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nanning, Guangxi 53002, China) [Abstract]Objective To explore the role of medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing in promoting the healing of post wounds of hair transplantation, providing a microenvironment conducive to hair follicle growth, promoting the healing of postoperative wounds of hair follicle transplantation, and its clinical effect from a multi-dimensional perspective. Methods A total of 280 patients who underwent hair transplantation surgery in our hospital from June 2023 to 2025 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized numerical table method, with 140 cases in each group. Both groups implemented unified postoperative local treatment scheme, including cleaning the hair transplantation area with 0.9% normal saline injection solution and applying mupirocin ointment topically prevent infection; the observation group was treated with medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing on this basis, and used it continuously for 5 to 7 days. The time wound healing, scabbing, scab shedding, redness/swelling subsidence, postoperative infection rate, patient satisfaction and comprehensive efficacy were compared between the two groups. The observation group was superior to the control group in all aspects of wound repair indicators, with a wound healing time of (7.48±1.21) days, abbing time of (3.95±0.86) days, scab shedding time of (9.78±1.28) days, andness/swelling subsidence time of (5.14±0.92) days, all of which were shorter than those of the control group [(9.0±1.36) days, (4.82±0.97) days, (11.56±1.45) days, (632±1.14) days] (P < 0.001). The infection rate in the observation group was 2.50%, was lower than that in the control group (12.50%) (P = 0.042); the patient satisfaction score was (8.43±.97) points, which was higher than that in the control group [(7.12±1.28) points] (P < 0.001 In terms of comprehensive efficacy, the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than that in the control group (85.0%) (P = 0.043). Conclusion Medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing provides a microenvironment conducive to hair follicle, promotes the healing of postoperative wounds of hair follicle transplantation, reduces the infection rate, improves the appearance of scars and improves patient satisfaction, and has good safety and application value. ?
