    聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)作为传统义齿基托材料,在机械性能和抗菌性等方面存在一定局 限性。近年来,纳米氧化锆因其优异的力学性能和生物相容性,在牙科材料改性领域受到广泛关注。本文 通过分析纳米氧化锆的特性、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯义齿基托的基础知识与局限性,探讨了纳米氧化锆加入后 PMMA在机械强度、物理化学稳定性、生物相容性及抗菌性等方面的改善情况,讨论了其在临床上的应用 现状与未来发展趋势,旨在为牙科材料的研发与应用提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), as a traditional denture base material, has certain limitations in mechanical properties and antibacterial properties. In recent years, nano-zirconia has received widespread attention in the field of dental material modification due to its excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility. By analyzing the characteristics of nanozirconia, the basic knowledge and limitations of PMMA denture base, this paper explores the improvement of PMMA in terms of mechanical strength, physicochemical stability, biocompatibility, and antibacterial properties after the addition of nano-zirconia. It also discusses the current clinical application status and future development trends, aiming to provide a scientific basis for the research, development and application of dental materials.
