【 】 Objective: To analyze the effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with triamcinolone acetonide treatment on the scar repair score of patients with keloids. Method: Thirty-four keloid patients who visited our hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were selected as the reference group (treated with triamcinolone acetonide), and 34 keloid patients who visited our hospital during the same period were treated with botulinum toxin type A combined with triamcinolone acetonide as the study group. The total clinical effective rate, scar repair score, scar score and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Result: The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the improvement of scar repair score and scar score in the study group was better than that in the reference group (P<0.05). After comparing the adverse reactions of the two groups, there was no significant difference, P > 0.05. Conclusion: The combined treatment for patients with keloids has a more considerable effect. It not only accelerates the repair speed of keloids, but also reduces the thickness and area, and significantly improves the color and touch sensation. It can be promoted.
