Objective To explore the application effect of plastic and repair technology in the clinical treatment of asymmetric double eyelids. Methods A total of 60 patients in this experiment were treated in our hospital from March 2023 to October 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group of 30 patients was treated with conventional incision double eyelid formation, and the observation group of 30 patients was treated with small incision liposuction combined with continuous embedding thread. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Patients in the observation group had better indicators of surgical treatment, higher postoperative satisfaction, and lower total probability of postoperative complications, with statistical significance compared with P<0.05. Conclusion The application of plastic and repair techniques in the clinical treatment of asymmetric double eyelids has significant results, but the application of small incision liposuction combined with continuous thread embedding double eyelid plasty has more advantages and can be promoted in clinical practice.
