Objective To investigate the application value of autologous fat transplantation in female facial rejuvenation. Methods 71 female with facial rejuvenation treated by autologous fat transplantation in the Second Hospital of Nanping City and the Affiliated Union Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively included and the general data, clinical efficacy and complications were analyzed. Results Among the 71 patients included, 61 cases (85.92%) had excellent surgical efficacy evaluation, 5 cases (7.04%) were good, 5 cases (7.04%) were average, and 0 cases (0.00%) were poor. The satisfaction rate of surgical efficacy for all patients was 92.96%. The satisfaction score of postoperative filling visual simulation was significantly higher than that before surgery (P<0.05). At 12 months after surgery, patients showed significantly higher scores in the dimensions of "moisture" and "elasticity" compared to before surgery, while scores in the dimensions of "oil" and "dark spots" were significantly lower than before surgery (P<0.05). At 12 months after surgery, patients showed significantly higher scores in both the "doctor"s evaluation" and "patient"s evaluation" dimensions of aesthetic effects compared to before surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation can achieve female facial rejuvenation, and the operation effect and safety are satisfactory.
