    目的 探讨在美容整形门诊手术患者中应用CICARE沟通模式的价值及对患者不良情绪的影响。 方法 选取2023年1月-2024年3月我院美容整形门诊收治的100例面部美容整形手术患者为研究对象,随机 分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施CICARE沟通模式,比较两组不 良情绪、生命体征、知识掌握度、术后疼痛程度、护理满意度。结果 两组手术后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于 手术前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);两组手术后收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于手术前,且观察组低 于对照组(P<0.05);观察组知识掌握度(96.00%)优于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛 程度轻于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(82.00%)(P <0.05)。结论 为 美容整形门诊手术患者实施CICARE沟通模式,可减少不良情绪,改善生命体征,提高知识掌握度,减轻 术后疼痛,患者满意度高,应用价值确切。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application value of CICARE communication mode in the nursing of patients undergoing aesthetic plastic outpatient surgery and its impact on adverse emotions. Methods From January 2023 to March 2024, 100 patients with facial aesthetic plastic surgery admitted to the aesthetic plastic surgery outpatient of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the observation group was given CICARE communication mode. The adverse emotions, vital signs, knowledge mastery, postoperative pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before operation, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After operation, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate in the two groups were lower than those before operation, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The knowledge mastery of the observation group (96.00%) was better than that of the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). The degree of postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.00%) was higher than that of the control group (82.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of CICARE communication mode for patients undergoing aesthetic plastic outpatient surgery can reduce adverse emotions, improve vital signs, improve knowledge mastery, reduce postoperative pain, with high patient satisfaction and exact application value.
