    摘要:

    聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)是近年来被广泛运用到医学领域的一种新型生物可降解高分子材料,主 要应用于可吸收缝合线、骨修复材料、软组织修复支架等。此外,PLLA还可以用于填充注射,改善和重 建皮肤,抵抗衰老,促进组织的再生和修复等,是临床应用于面部年轻化的主要手段。本文将从PLLA的 化学与生物特性、面部年轻化的需求,以及PLLA在面部填充注射中的作用机制及应用情况等方面进行综 述,以阐明PLLA在面部年轻化中的应用前景,为医学美容领域的发展和创新提供有力的支持。

    Abstract:

    Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a new type of biodegradable polymer material,which has been widely used in the medical field in recent years, such as absorbable sutures, bone repair materials, soft tissue repair scaffolds and so on. In addition, PLLA can also be used for filling injection, improving and reconstructing skin, resisting aging, and promoting tissue regeneration and repair,which is the main method for clinical application in facial rejuvenation. This article will review the chemical and biological characteristics of PLLA, the needs of facial rejuvenation, and the mechanism and application of PLLA in facial filling injection, in order to clarify the application prospect of PLLA in facial rejuvenation, as well as provide strong support for the development and innovation of medical cosmetology.
