Objective To analyze the efficacy of moist exposed burn ointiment in wound nursing after CO2 lattice laser treatment for superficial scar. Methods A total of 60 patients with superficial scar treated with CO2 fractional laser in our hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mupirocin ointment for wound nursing, and the observation group was treated with moist exposed burn ointiment for wound nursing. The pain, wound healing days, scar degree and incidence of pigmentation were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The healing days of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing thickness, color, softness and vascular distribution scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of pigmentation in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of moist exposed burn ointiment in wound nursing after CO2 lattice laser treatment of superficial scar is helpful to reduce the pain and shorten the wound healing days. The scar treatment effect is obvious, and the probability of pigmentation can be reduced.
