    目的 探讨口腔上前牙区种植修复中应用数字化技术的临床价值。方法 筛选兰州市第一人民医 院2018年1月-2020年12月70例口腔上前牙区种植修复患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35 例。对照组采用常规自由手种植手术,观察组采用数字化种植导板进行种植手术,比较两组种植体偏移情 况、初戴时每单位修复体调改时间、术中术后并发症发生情况及修复后患者满意度。结果 观察组患者种 植体定点偏差、深度偏差、轴向偏差数据均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组初戴时 每单位修复体调改时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中术后并发症总发生率为 17.14%,低于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统 计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 数字化技术治疗口腔上前牙区种植修复可提高种植精确度,增强口腔修复种 植的稳定性,缩短修复时间,同时提高患者满意度,降低并发症的发生几率。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the clinical value of digital technology in the implant restoration of the upper and anterior teeth of the oral cavity. Methods From January 2018 to December 2020, 70 patients with implant restoration in upper anterior teeth area of Lanzhou First People ' s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional free-hand implant surgery, and the observation group was treated with digital implant guide plate. The implant deviation, the adjustment time of each unit of prosthesis at first wear, the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications and the satisfaction of patients after repair were compared between the two groups. Results The data of implant fixed point deviation, depth deviation and axial deviation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adjustment time of each unit of prosthesis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group at the beginning of wearing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was 17.14%, which was lower than 60.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Digital technology can improve the planting accuracy, enhance the stability of dental implant, shorten the repair time, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment of dental implant in the upper anterior region, which is worthy of further clinical application.
