Methods From August 2019 to August 2019, 152 patients who underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty 2021 from Guangxi Hyun Mei Medical and Cosmetic Surgery Co.,Ltd., Nanning Medical and Cosmetic Surgery Clinic were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 76 cases in each group. The TTRS score, Barton classification, complication rate and SF-36 score of the two groups were compared. The proportion of patients with grade 0 and grade I of Barton classification in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
